BeeHum is GROWING! In order to cope with demand, we are looking for someone who is interested in making plush toy or custom merchandise be it full time or part time. Details as below:

• Love arts and crafts projects
• Knowledgeable in basic sewing would be advantageous.
• Possess a sewing machine and some craft tools. You can opt to use our facilities if you do not have them.
• Preferably stay within Setapak area for ease of logistics.
• For the time being, this position is only open to women/girls. Housewives and students are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided.

Terms

We have strict control of our product quality. The production of our plush toy must follow the standard set of practice. Before you apply, please understand our requirements as follows:

• Must be able attend face to face training at our facility until you are familiar before you can produce them remotely.
• Willing to unlearn and relearn. Sewing plush toy is different from sewing i.e: clothes. Thus you must be able to adjust your sewing to make plush toy. Likewise, if you have certain ideas that are better for us, we will learn from you too.
• Good attitude is paramount to everything.
• Attention to detail. All products must be made according to specification else we reserve the rights to reject poor quality items.
• Must work within deadlines. You must follow through the consignment quantity that you have agreed upon. We have never missed a deadline.

At BeeHum, we strive to empower women to be self-sufficient. We understand that some women want to take care of their kids full-time, yet difficult to make ends meet without some income. We provide an avenue to earn an extra income through crafting, specifically sewing.

• Once you're able to produce high quality work consistently, you are allowed to work from your home at your own time.
• We can pay monthly or pay per item. We are open for discussion on this matter to work out the best arrangement for both parties.
• Those who show great interest, consistently produce quality products on time and possesses good attitude will be first considered for future opportunities as we grow.
